Idaho has Mandatory-Minimum Sentencing for Drug Trafficking Charges. This means that if you are found guilty or plead guilty to Drug Trafficking, YOU WILL GO TO PRISON for at least the amount of time required for the type of drug and amount that you are in possession of.
